AGHA is a Manchester property business. We buy buildings with character — mills, workshops, yards, warehouses and blocks — and we bring them back into use as places people actually want to work and live in.

Today we hold over 1,000 units across Greater Manchester. Everything is managed by our own team: lettings, leases, rent collection, arrears, maintenance and compliance. That means when you enquire, you're speaking to the owner, not a portal or a third-party agent.

Because we control the whole portfolio, we can be flexible. Need more space next year? We can often earmark the unit next door. Need less? We'll talk. Adjoining units in many of our buildings can be combined into one larger space, and we flag that clearly on every listing where it's possible.
